Q: How many URLs am I allowed to shorten and track?
A: Members are allowed to shorten and track as many URLs as they want and also show details of the hits by ip and date
as long as the members usage is not causing system overload. We reserve the right to cancel memberships of any member causing server overload due to excessive hits.
This is usually caused by paid hits programs, etc.. We will determine on a case by case basis what constitutes excessive use. In most cases the url will be deleted and member warned about the excess
usage.
Detailed stats are deleted every 24 hours to prevent database from overloading.
We are not responsible for downtime from our servers. Member agrees
not to hold trac-ads.com responsible for any down time that might
occur from time to time as our servers are imperfect. We do our best
to keep servers operating at peak levels at all time. Members use
our service at their own risk.
Q: Do you have an affiliate program?
A: Yes, we pay any member that refers another new member $2 per
referral.
Members must have $10 in referrals to get a payout.
Q: What kind of sites are not allowed to be used ?
A: You are not allowed to include any adult content, illegal content sites of any kind.
Q: Is my personal information protected with your company?
A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!
SPAM: We reserve the right to cancel a members' membership for any reason whatsoever at anytime if we find any abuse of any kind happening.. ..Spam will
not be tolerated using your tracking links. If spam is reported to us you could and will be held liable for damages caused to trac-ads.com. Your
account will be terminated and most likely you will be held responsible for civil damages in a court of law. DO NOT SPAM OR USE YOUR URL IN NEWSGROUPS OR SPAM EMAILS. BULK MAILING LISTS, ETC...
